What we do

ImmuniFact runs across 2026 in five connected phases: from understanding the need to spreading the results. Project management runs throughout.

Phase 1

Listen — Needs assessment

A survey with 150 young people and focus groups with 36 youth workers across the three countries map the real skills gaps and learning needs, producing a Needs Analysis Report that shapes everything that follows.

Phase 2

Co-create — CoCreate Hub, New Caledonia

A five-day collaborative lab where youth workers, young people and media-literacy experts turn the findings into the building blocks of the methodology — designed with, not just for, young people.

Phase 3

Build — Methodology & Media Literacy Compass

The team develops the prebunking/debunking learning methodology and a gamified digital self-assessment tool, the Media Literacy Compass, which gives young people instant feedback and tailored tips across five competence levels.

Phase 4

Train — Training of Trainers & peer-to-peer

A four-day transnational Training of Trainers in Croatia prepares 10 youth workers, who then cascade the training to at least 60 more peers in their home countries.

Phase 5

Share — Multiplier events

One event in each country brings together around 90 stakeholders — youth workers, educators, policymakers and young people — to showcase the results and encourage their long-term use.
